SPR# CJON7RCSJJ - When the registration agent runs on the server there is a situation where an error can occur, resulting in the user being registered but the mail file is not created. This error should be silent when the agent runs on the admin client(or client). This fix will result in the error being silent when the agent is run on the server as well and the mail file will be created correctly.
